Service Experience Designer

We are seeking a Service Experience Designer to join a high-profile digital portfolio and play a key role in shaping services that are human-centred, effective, and future-focused.

In this role, you'll work across a diverse range of projects, helping to design and improve end-to-end service experiences. You'll collaborate with business and technical teams to understand customer and stakeholder needs, and translate these into seamless service journeys and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply human-centred design approaches to map, design, and improve service experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, co-design activities, and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Develop journey maps, service blueprints, and supporting artefacts to guide delivery.
  • Provide insights that balance customer needs, business goals, and operational feasibility.
  • Support the ongoing uplift of design capability across the program.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Service Designer, Service Experience Designer, or CX Designer.
  • Strong capability in service design methods (journey mapping, service blueprinting, prototyping).
  • Skilled in facilitation, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Experience working in complex digital or transformation programs highly regarded.
