Residential Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential sites. As a volume builder, we require someone who understands the fast-paced nature of high-volume construction.

About the Role:
  • Managing multiple sites with large teams of labourers, plant operators and contractors
  • Delivering homes on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Overseeing projects from start to finish, including planning, execution and handover

Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects efficiently. This requires strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team to achieve excellent results.

A successful Site Manager or Supervisor will have a trade background and be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction is preferred. A proven track record of managing sites efficiently, taking into account factors such as budget, timelines, and resource allocation, is essential.

QBCC Supervisor Licence is required. If you take pride in seeing empty lots transform into homes that people love, we would love to hear from you.
