Job Title: Site Manager

  • Empowering trades and support teams to achieve quality standards in workshops and office spaces.
  • Managing the team to achieve optimum productivity.
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative and trusted working relationships with clients, colleagues, and peers.
  • Coordinating activities for best outcomes for defence.

Requirements include:

  • Proven leadership skills in a technical environment.
  • Trade qualification or maintenance experience advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills that foster trust and collaboration.
  • Confident decision-making supported by clear rationale.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
