At the heart of every successful business lies a well-executed procurement strategy. As a seasoned Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by spearheading the development and implementation of strategic procurement plans.

  • Develop and execute cost-effective and efficient procurement strategies to optimize material and supply acquisition.
  • Negotiate key item pricing and deliveries with suppliers, ensuring optimal value for money.
  • Monitor and analyze price fluctuations to inform purchasing decisions that align with market movements.
  • Coordinate project purchases at best possible pricing, adhering to specified scope of work requirements.
  • Facilitate effective consultation between relevant stakeholders on project deliverables.
  • Maintain and resolve supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to ensure traceability and minimize holding costs.
  • Manage logistics requirements to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead a small team consisting of Storeperson and Forklift drivers, fostering a collaborative environment.

To be considered for this role, you'll possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (Business, Contract Management, or Procurement preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Current forklift license.
