Job Title: Strategic Procurement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Lead to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing and contract management strategies for regionally sourced goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop regional procurement strategies for the Eastern Region.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for regionally sourced goods and services.
  • Initiate, develop, and negotiate supplier agreements.
  • Manage strategic procurement projects with a cross-functional impact.
  • Oversee supplier performance, quality, customer support, and price management.
  • Build new supplier relationships and develop alternative sources and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Procurement or Operations.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, market benchmarking, and decision-making.
