  • Provide leadership for field marketing and channel programs in APAC & Japan, focusing on ASEAN and ANZ.
  • Manage direct reports; balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, mentorship, and coaching for growth and impact.
  • Develop localized integrated global campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and channel marketing programs across the APJ region.
  • Closely collaborate with global marketing teams, sales leadership, channel/partner stakeholders, and marketing operations; drive data-led approaches to measure performance and ROI.
  • Act as a central orchestrator to align cross-functional priorities and enable local activation of programs.
