About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for our venues in Western Australia.

The Role Overview

This part-time position will oversee the development and implementation of customized marketing strategies for each venue, ensuring alignment with our group's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Venue Managers to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business performance through strategic promotions and partnerships.
  • Celebrate milestones, launch new menus and cocktails, manage events, and seasonal activations as required.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, ensuring they meet agreed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize workflow and productivity within the marketing team.
  • Maintain professional relationships within the industry and promote a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality promotional content and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
