Customer Service Specialist Wanted We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to take on the role of Customer Service Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. About the Job

You will be the key point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their car rental experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Determine the best course of action to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
 Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full and valid driver's licence.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
