Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team in Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a renowned shipbuilding company, leveraging your expertise in project coordination and management.

  • Liaise with production coordinators, liaison engineers, and officers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project schedules and building sequences.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide meeting minutes to facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure major activities are included in the project schedule and keep the project management office informed.
  • Escalate issues promptly and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A recognized qualification in engineering, structural fabrication, or a related field.
  • The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
