Seeking a highly organized and experienced Strata Management professional to oversee our large Body Corporate portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, preparing, and maintaining budgets for individual Owners Corporations.
  • Assisting clients with lodging complex insurance claims and arranging renewals.
  • Attending AGM and Body Corporate meetings as requested by the Committee.
  • Ensuring legal compliance with respect to building management and internal processes.
  • Providing guidance and support to committees on their roles and legislative obligations.
  • Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
  • Implementing and executing building maintenance strategies.
  • Liaising with clients and contractors to resolve queries or disputes.

As part of this role, you will have your own dedicated Personal Assistant who has worked with the company for over five years.

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits include 20% pay rise, monthly staff incentives, bonuses, day off for birthday, and 3% company profit share paid yearly to all staff.

A long-term stable culture is available, along with three days per week work-from-home arrangement after probation and completion of training.
