We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Expert Clinical Professional to join our team in NSW South as a permanent, full-time employee.

About the Role:

In this role, you will become an expert in Stryker products, providing technical and clinical specialist expertise to both internal and external customers. Your primary responsibility will be to educate nurses and hospital staff on the effective utilization of Stryker products, ensuring the best possible care for every patient.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Becoming an expert in Stryker products and providing technical and clinical specialist expertise to new and existing customers
  • Attending hospitals and/or aged care facilities within NSW to educate and train nurses and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
  • Conducting in-service training and supporting our Territory Managers
  • Providing product presentations and training for new customers
About You:

We are looking for someone with current qualifications within allied health, such as physiotherapy, nursing, or osteopathy. You should have a strong understanding of the hospital environment and experience working within a clinical setting.

You will also need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative teamwork abilities, and strong communication skills. A keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude is essential for success in this role.

Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure, you will thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in either a clinical (nursing or ICU) environment, sales, or within medical consumables, as well as an understanding of the hospital environment
  • A passion for successful patient outcomes
  • Proficient in comprehending technical information and articulating complex ideas clearly
  • Proven track record of building robust and trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Highly adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively and find creative solutions
What We Offer:

Stryker offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
