Operational Leadership Opportunity

  • As a site management professional, you will oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of a high-performing waste management facility.
  • Key responsibilities include resourcing and rostering staff and subcontractors, supervising staff performance, maintaining stock control, ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental standards, managing quality waste separation, traffic, and customer interactions, as well as ensuring site cleanliness.

For success in this role, you will need proven leadership experience in operational site management within fast-paced, highly regulated environments, hands-on experience with fixed and mobile plant supported by mechanical knowledge and relevant machine tickets, strong team leadership and development skills, proficiency in using data and digital tools to drive performance improvements, and a solid understanding of WHS principles and their practical application.
