Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage procurement and logistics operations at a large healthcare facility.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident managing people in a busy environment while maintaining a calm approach.

  • Lead and supervise direct reports.
  • Manage stores and inventory, ensuring efficient processing of goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes.
  • Oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims.
  • Evaluate supplier management and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement operations and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Manage stores and inventory, ensuring efficient processing of goods.
  • Procurement: Oversee procurement processes, parts requisition, and warranty claims.
  • Sales Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement operations.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
