Corporate Finance Associate/Senior Associate

We are seeking a talented professional to join our corporate finance practice in Sydney.

The team is consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers and recognised for its depth, innovative deal-making, and client-focused approach. We advise on the full range of sophisticated corporate finance transactions — from high-value bilateral and syndicated facilities to complex acquisition, leveraged, and structured financings with multi-jurisdictional or bespoke structuring elements.

The practice acts for all four major Australian banks, many international investment banks, and a wide range of global financial institutions, regularly advising on some of the most significant and high-profile transactions in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on corporate finance transactions;
  • Developing and implementing strategies for clients' financial needs;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field;
  • Professional qualification in Law (e.g. LLB);
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
