Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced corporate finance professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in ECM to grow their career and work on a range of transactions.

About the Role:
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will be responsible for analysing financial information, contributing to the content of reports and advice documents, conducting market research, preparing and/or reviewing business/financial models, assisting and preparing business proposals, conducting initial drafting of documents or sections as appropriate, and providing advice to clients through written reports which are clear and concise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong financial analytical capabilities, modelling and verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of corporate finance or ECM experience required (whether at an intermediary or previously at a corporate or Corporate Advisory).
  • A proven ability to think commercially about the needs of the client.
  • Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members.
  • Candidate must have completed an undergraduate degree and be digitally aware.
