Education Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Education Leader to deliver exceptional educational programs.

As an Education Leader, you will be responsible for leading your own team, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. You will ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure every learning experience meets the needs of all children, promoting a safe and inclusive environment

Our Early Learning Centre is a secure setting in East Ballina shopping centre and close to the beach. We offer engaging community activities, individualized curriculum, and a supportive environment that promotes meaningful connections between children, families, and educators.

Requirements:
