As a Senior Care Professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and support to residents in a dynamic aged care environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional care to residents through assessment and care planning, ensuring their needs are met at the highest standard.
- Lead and manage a dedicated care team, acting as a point of escalation for issues while promoting person-centred care.
- Model best practices to other staff, providing coaching and mentoring where required.
- Collaborate to maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current registration with a relevant healthcare authority as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in residential aged care is highly valued.
- Ability to lead colleagues and build effective relationships with residents and their families.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation aligned with industry standards.
