About the Role
We're seeking a capable and people-focused Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with possible extension. Based in Norwood with flexibility to work from home, this role offers variety, autonomy, and purpose.
This role supports both Plena Healthcare and Grata Care Services, our team delivering leading services through Home Care Packages to older Australians.
As a Business Partner, you'll support strategic and operational HR needs, coaching leaders, managing employee relations matters, and driving initiatives that support retention, capability building, policy development, and compliance.
You'll contribute to engagement, succession planning, workforce planning, and system improvements (including TechOne). This is a hands-on, high-impact role with a strong focus on leadership support and continuous improvement.
To succeed, you will bring:
- A proven track record in a senior HR advisory or business partner role
- Experience in Employee Relations, investigations, and award interpretation
- Confidence coaching and supporting leaders across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms — TechOne experience is desirable
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
- A strong sense of purpose and alignment to our values
