Job Overview

This is a senior electrical role that requires an experienced individual with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate materials and labour; maintain clear workfronts and productive workflows
  • Lead pre-starts, close actions, and maintain site housekeeping
  • Monitor QA/ITPs and ensure zero critical defects at handover
  • Mentor team members with A-grades and apprentices
Requirements
  • Demonstrated delivery experience: ran 2+ commercial projects to PC in the last 24 months (teams 4–10)
  • VIC A-Grade Electrical Licence & White Card, ACMA license
  • Foreman/Leading-Hand experience through Practical Completion
  • Clear communication and tidy approach to ordering
