About the Role

This is an exciting time in our business as we continue to improve our manufacturing processes and work towards excellence.

We have a vacancy for a skilled Designer who will produce detailed designs, technical drawings, and production-ready models using 3D design software.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, manufacturing, and production staff to bring creative interior concepts to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating 3D models, detailed drawings, and manufacturing specifications for custom motorhome projects;
  • Designing solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, living areas, and other cabinetry installations;
  • Collaborating with senior managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy;
  • Maintaining and updating design libraries and templates;
  • Resolving design challenges and contributing to continuous improvement in design processes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in cabinetry, joinery, furniture design, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in CAD design software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD;
  • A strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods, materials, and manufacturing processes;
  • High attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused mindset;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
