The ideal candidate will possess experience with manual handling and medication administration, as well as significant personal care and domestic duties experience.
Key responsibilities include delivering domestic supports within high-needs customer residences, supporting person-centred plans that identify customers' life goals, and ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed.
In addition, the successful applicant will be required to administer expenses and mandatory reports, and maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs, including behaviours
- Significant personal care and domestic duties experience
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations with patience and maturity
- Certification in Disability, Individual Support or higher is desirable
