Product Strategist

A leading Australian organisation is seeking a technically savvy and strategic Product Manager to drive innovation throughout their next phase of growth.

This highly established company is transforming multiple key areas, dramatically improving the customer experience across many of its channels. A few transformational pieces are underway to enable scalability and drive innovation.

The Product Strategist will be instrumental in defining the product strategy & roadmap, ensuring alignment across all facets of the business. Commercial and strategic thinking with 'value to customer' at the heart of every solution is crucial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the product strategy and roadmap
  • Ensuring alignment across all facets of the business
  • Staying ahead of the curve through quant & qual research
  • Mitigating risks and driving optimisation across the entire product development process

Requirements:

  • Experienced and technically curious Product Manager
  • Strong CRM experience: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle SAP, Hubspot
  • Technical background: BS Computer Science, Engineer
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding stakeholder management experience
  • Customer-centric with a focus on solving customer problems through innovation and technology
