Bakery Operations Specialist

Bakery operations are at the heart of our business, and we're seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time. They will be responsible for maintaining efficient production processes, ensuring consistency in product quality, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Contribute to a satisfying customer experience by ensuring freshness, consistency, and presentation of all bakery products.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in baking a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked products, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting.
- Formal qualifications in Baking, Patisserie, or Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher preferred).
- Current Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate for Food Handlers.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
