We are offering an attractive salary package of AU$130,000 plus superannuation, with the potential to earn over AU$200,000 in total remuneration.
Your Role
As a Business Development Manager at Firesoft People, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining client relationships. You will sell our industry-leading automation software solutions to high-profile clients in Australia.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify key sectors, organizations, and individuals to build lead generation strategies;
- Lead prospect calls, meetings, and product demos;
- Prospect for, generate, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities;
- Cultivate the early stages of a prospect's relationship with us, ensuring they understand the benefits that automation can bring to their organization;
- Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives;
- Achieve sales targets and grow sales and customer base;
- Regular contact with existing customers;
- Presentation of solution capabilities to prospective clients;
- Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure that marketing campaigns meet and align with overall sales objectives.
Your Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience selling software-based solutions (ideally in automation software);
- Proven sales experience, preferably in technology solutions (e.g., ERP solutions);
- An existing network of decision-makers at Australian medium to large organizations;
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship development skills;
- Be technically minded and able to problem-solve;
- The ability to use consultative questioning to identify opportunities for prospects;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- A consistently high work ethic and a can-do attitude.
