Job Title: Childcare Program Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our childcare program. As a Childcare Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, developing engaging activities, and building strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model and provide guidance to team members in implementing best practices in childcare.
  • Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • High level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
