Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for processing fortnightly payrolls for approximately 5000 team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update team member profiles
  • Process Fortnightly payroll and reconcile accounts
  • Handle WorkCover payments and terminations
  • Liaise with PCP and Area Managers regarding payroll-related issues
  • Maintain Superannuation payments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience using iChris or similar payroll systems
  • High volume processing experience with upwards of 500 employees
  • Strong knowledge of complex EBA's
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
