Motel Systems And Engagement Worker Job Opportunity

">About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motel Systems & Engagement Worker to join our Crisis Accommodation Management Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of key data systems supporting the Immediate Housing Response (IHR).

This includes maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and troubleshooting system issues to support consistent, responsive, and effective housing services for individuals and families across Brisbane.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with data systems.

You should also have a strong understanding of IHR guidelines and policies, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integrity and functionality of key data systems supporting the IHR;
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required;
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support;
  • Work collaboratively with internal programs and external networks to ensure quality service delivery;
  • Support frontline staff and enhance consistency, responsiveness, and effectiveness of Micah Projects' IHR service model.
