Job Overview

The Repairs Manager will oversee and coordinate repair functions across a specified region, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Develop the overall Repair Strategy, including Service Exchange.
  • Meet customer quote delivery, financial performance, job cost, and DIFOT targets.
  • Manage a team of Coordinators, Administrators, Planners, and Technical Support Coordinators.
  • Act as deputy to the ASEA Service Center Manager, filling in when required.
  • Identify and capitalize on new repair opportunities, expanding market reach.
Requirements

Demonstrate a strong commitment to Safety and an inclusive work environment.

  • Possess a solid background in engineering, metallurgy, plant operations, or services to the mining industry.
  • Show a proven track record in managing repairs of large industrial mining equipment.
  • Display sales/business development experience within the region.
  • Possess excellent commercial knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
