About Our Front of House Team

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our daily operations in creating a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests.

This is a permanent role, combining leadership responsibilities with active floor supervision. As we expand to seven days a week, the ideal candidate will be confident managing staff and highly organised.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the front of house team.
  • Should possess strong organisational and time management skills to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
  • Be able to handle guest issues and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be willing to step into any FOH role when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage floor operations: reservations, table allocation, and section assignments.
  2. Maintain front of house presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
  3. Handle guest issues and complaints.
  4. Oversee opening/closing, POS, cash handling, and banking.
  5. Recruit, train, and manage front of house team members.
