Overview

Join Our Cafe Team Front of House Manager Wanted for a start as soon as practicable.

We are a vibrant cafe located on the northern end of the Gold Coast (overlooking a beautiful marina at Sanctuary Cove) seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to lead our team

What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a front of house all-rounder
  • Some management experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with owners and head chef
  • Coaching and upskilling FOH staff
  • Roster management and ordering knowledge
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Experience in managing cafe socials an advantage
