Job Description

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to leverage an extensive candidate database and established networks to deliver end-to-end talent solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Source, screen and assess high-calibre candidates through targeted search and networking strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job specification, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop new business through proactive market research, cold calling and networking initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and contribute to team growth and mentorship.

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a minimum of 2 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within Financial Services or Corporate Services. They must also possess strong business development skills with a consultative, client-focused approach, as well as excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
