About this Role

We're on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic team. As part of this community-based role, you'll get to work with amazing clients, build rewarding relationships, and provide life-changing support.

As an Exercise Physiologist in our organisation, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work within an innovative holistic health environment with professionals who are making a difference
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients
  • Assess client needs and develop individualised treatment plans for a diverse range of clients, providing education and support to them and their families/caregivers, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
  • Use our custom-built therapy rooms and gym with your clients
  • Participate in rotations to Tasmania (depending on role, availability and experience)

You will work with a network of supportive and collaborative clinical professionals, allied health assistants and operational staff. We offer flexible working arrangements, reasonable and achievable target of 23 billable hours per week, and reimbursed travel or company vehicle (for eligible staff).

Skills and Experiences

You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a passion for working independently and as part of a dynamic team.

As a minimum you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. Currently accredited with ESSA (Exercise Science Standards Accreditation). You will also need NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, current first aid and CPR, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
