">About the Role:

The Financial Services HR Lead will oversee a team of two and support the broader business with generalist HR matters. This role involves direct interaction with approximately 10 senior stakeholders and reports directly to the CEO.

  • Develop and implement people and culture strategies to drive business success.
  • Lead leadership development initiatives to enhance capabilities.
  • Talent Acquisition, Management and Development
  • Oversee annual remuneration processes for incentive schemes.
  • Ensure a robust performance management framework is in place.
  • Develop wellbeing initiatives to promote positive mental health.
  • Manage operational aspects of the people and culture function, including board reporting and employee relations.

  • Proven leadership background in HR roles with a track record of aligning HR strategy with business needs.
  • Senior HR Generalist experience in financial services or professional services settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
