Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cargo Service Delivery Agent to join our team at our Link Road facility in Mascot. As a key member of our cargo handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo, accurate data entry and processing of import/export information, and correct processing of all cargo handling documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forklift driving
  • Loading and unloading of cargo in a safe and efficient manner;
  • Safely operate forklifts as required
  • Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information utilising the dnata operating systems;
  • Correct processing of all cargo handling documentation;
  • Perform cargo handling duties using automated cargo handling system, packing/unpacking ULD's and loose cargo, as directed

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Forklift license
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
