About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated End User Computing Specialist to join our team at i Select. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and services to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment and core business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line IT support to employees, resolving technical issues and ensuring they have the necessary tools to work efficiently.
  • Manage the provisioning and decommissioning of equipment, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, utilizing your expertise in MS Active Directory management, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with MS Active Directory management, Azure AD, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Intermediate MS Office troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in managing MS Teams and Zoom platform.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Broad knowledge of hardware and software components in end-user computing.
