About the Job

We are seeking experienced professionals to conduct thorough and accurate data capture for buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and record relevant mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures and building fabrics.
  • Ensure data quality by verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Craft detailed reports for assessments as required.
  • Maintain communication with the team to ensure collaboration and effective work.
  • Take precise measurements and sketch basic floor plans.
Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrated experience in large commercial building inspections/data capture projects.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
  • Registration to Work with Vulnerable People or ability to obtain one.
  • High level of attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with smartphone, laptop, tablet, and camera usage.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
