Building Auditor Job Description

About the Position:

We are seeking skilled professionals with in-depth knowledge of building systems, mechanical services, and asset data capture to fill a key role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of buildings' mechanical/electrical systems, fixtures, and building fabrics (cladding, walls, floor coverings, ceilings).
  • Provide high-quality data capture, ensuring timely upload to prevent data loss.
  • Craft detailed reports for assessments as required.
  • Maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality through collaboration with the team.
  • Take precise room measurements and create basic floor plans.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience with large commercial building inspections/data capture projects.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid Australian driver's license.
  • Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People or ability to obtain.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with smartphones, laptops, tablets, cameras, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Professional demeanor and autonomy to work independently or as part of a team.
