Key Responsibilities:
This role is an opportunity to work as a reliable and efficient office professional, providing administrative support to our organization.
Main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking in service jobs
- Data entry with high accuracy
- Ledger reconciliation
- Banking transactions
- Invoicing clients
- General administrative tasks as required
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great telephone and people skills, with a positive attitude
- Punctuality and reliability
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
Office experience and police clearance are essential requirements for this role.
Working Hours:
This position involves working 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
