Job Title: Academic Support Specialist

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Heads of Year in our academic community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Heads of Year, including organizational workflows, communication, and administrative tasks.
  • Support school calendar events and aspects of the curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent time management skills.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, term-time position involving thirty-eight (38) hours per week between 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday to Friday with a half-hour lunch break. The position will commence on Monday, 20 January 2025.
