About this Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Chocolate Cafe team.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for executing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Cafe Manager in the execution of daily operations, including store cleanliness and presentation
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of store activities, including rosters and marketing promotions
  • Leading by example and driving the team to deliver memorable guest service and experiences
  • Managing people-related tasks, including training and development, coaching, and feedback

You will work closely with the Cafe Manager to achieve sales targets, manage labour costs, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about chocolate and hospitality, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous management experience of minimum 1-2 years
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively

This is a full-time, permanent role working various shifts, including afternoons, days, and evenings. The successful candidate will be based at one of our locations, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and career.
