The Opportunity

In this role, you will be part of our team at the Canberra Centre store. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Executing daily store operations
  • Providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
  • Preparing and serving drinks, including coffees, hot chocolates, and milkshakes
  • Preparing and serving desserts, such as Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue, and decadent Pizzas
  • Completing in-house training to stay up-to-date
  • Maintaining a clean and well-presented store
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous hospitality and/or customer service experience
  • Availability to work flexible hours, particularly afternoons/evenings and weekends
  • Energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude
  • Passion for hospitality and enjoying the industry's energy
  • Drive to provide exceptional guest service at all times
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
