We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Seasonal Services Team Members. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
This is a seasonal casual position that offers the perfect opportunity to be part of our festive season operations across multiple locations. You will work closely with our Concierge and Car Park services teams to provide an effortless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Greet and assist customers with directions and solutions to enhance their visit
- Manage traffic flow and support car park operations during busy periods
- Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of energy and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
- A provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
This is a seasonal casual role that offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and have the chance to develop your customer service and problem-solving skills. We offer a fun and supportive team environment where you can learn and grow.
