We're seeking friendly and reliable team members to help create unforgettable moments for our customers during the festive season.
As a Concierge Attendant, you'll be the welcoming face of our centre and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Some of your duties will include:
- Delivering outstanding service to customers and retailers
- Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
- Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal).
This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our centres. The role runs from September 2025 to January/February 2026, with shifts based on business needs.
You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and feel confident assisting customers. You'll also be able to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
