Talent Web is seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at one of Australia's most significant urban renewal projects. As a key member of our Property Management division, you will provide high-level administrative support across commercial and retail tenancies within this vibrant precinct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team in developing and managing annual business plans and financial budgets.
  • Assist with financial reporting, arrears collection, and maintaining up-to-date tenant records and lease documents.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Property Management in preparing portfolio analysis reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage the precinct inbox, coordinating responses with the building management team and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support the Property Management team by documenting negotiated outcomes, managing lease administration, and ensuring compliance with all contracts and insurance requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in property administration with strong lease management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple properties and reporting requirements efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property accounting systems like Yardi.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure, solve complex issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act NSW (desirable) and tertiary qualifications in property, business, or a related field (desirable).
