- 2-5 years of experience in property administration.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills necessary to assist with a number of different properties.
- Well-developed reporting skills.
- Established skills in lease administration and management.
- Ability to interpret and carry out administration duties for leases and other legal documentation.
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act NSW is desirable.
