Job Title: Communication Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to deliver life-changing support to individuals with communication needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping participants achieve their goals in their own environments.

You will manage a caseload and provide timely and impactful therapy services in home, school, and community settings. Utilizing clinical observations and standardized assessments, you will inform therapy goals and deliver evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with a supportive team of professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, psychologists, and behaviour support practitioners.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience as a speech pathologist
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
