Job Title: Weighbridge Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Weighbridge Operator to join our team at a quarrying/landfill site in Sydney. As a Weighbridge Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out weighbridge office administration, including receiving payments from customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a customer-based focus.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace, ensuring accurate entry of data, and providing excellent customer service throughout all interactions with customers and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out weighbridge office administration
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Ensure accurate entry of data
  • Provide excellent customer service

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an admin role
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer facing experience preferred
  • Team player with an ability to follow instructions
