Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and collaborative professional to join our Sydney-based health practice. This role focuses on partnering with clients in the NSW Health sector to co-create the future of digital healthcare.

You will build trusted relationships and act as an advisor to help our healthcare clients navigate their digital transformation and improve community outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our presence within the NSW Health ecosystem, assembling cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions.
  • Build and leverage existing trusted relationships and actively represent us at key industry events to strengthen our reputation as an essential partner in healthier communities.
  • Foster deep, collaborative partnerships with client stakeholders and internal experts to address pressing healthcare challenges and create long-term value.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities for current and future services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to co-create solutions and drive collective action toward common goals.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in business development, strategic account management, or similar roles within technology consultancy, systems integrator, or professional services firms.
  • Deep understanding of the NSW Health sector, including key challenges, procurement processes, and digital transformation goals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets by building and managing a robust opportunity pipeline.
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, understand complex client needs, and apply a consultative approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate a compelling vision and present complex technology solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly collaborative and visionary, with a talent for bringing together diverse teams to co-create solutions.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and partnerships.
