Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively support our Financial Advisers by effectively and efficiently managing day-to-day tasks to implement clients' financial plans and review strategies.
  • Liaise with fund managers and other external agencies to collect client information and inform them of any changes to their financial strategy.
  • Complete and follow up on all administration activities associated with the implementation of agreed financial planning strategies and review implementation for the client.
  • Keep clients informed of the status of strategy recommendations implementation.
  • Compile and issue accurate Letters of Confirmation (LOC) in a timely fashion.
  • Manage the cash balance accounts for clients each month.
  • Respond to client inquiries or facilitate the process to address clients' inquiries as per our practice service standards.
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up with clients.
  • Coordinate the change of client details on internal systems and with external agencies.
  • Be proactive and identify discrepancies with client data and take ownership to correct.
