We're currently looking for a full-time Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas. However, part-time positions would also be considered.
Your Role
- As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- You'll utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- You'll work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- You'll build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- You'll attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology is essential.
- SPA Registration is required.
- A positive and flexible approach to work is necessary.
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude are essential.
- Commitment to personal and professional development is expected.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check are mandatory.
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
